OT Manager (OTM) is an online networking service for medical professionals and healthcare organizations. OTM also provide a guidelines for the calculation of charges for a particular procedure with the help of international standards. This guidelines was formed by a committee formed under the guidelines of indian society of anaesthesiologist private practice forum.

The charges are calculated with the help of Relative value guide (RVG). RVG is a uniform system of calculating charges and helps to bring a certain level of uniformity to prevent discrepancy in the payments . at the same time it takes into account the variables like difficulty level and time taken in the procedure.
